We offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Each piece has been carefully inspected and packaged before it ships, but we know things can happen. We want you to love your order! If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email us to set up a return with your order number and full name at  roxandlily@gmail.com

We currently do not offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds for purchases from our third party vendors.

All orders placed through our website are handmade to order and will ship within 3 weeks. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is in transit. 

Rox and Lily is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
