Refund policy

Returns are easy! We offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery date.

Each piece has been carefully inspected and packaged before it ships, but we know things can happen. We want you to love your order! If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email us to set up a return with your order number and full name at roxandlily@gmail.com

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We currently do not offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds for purchases from our third party vendors.

All orders placed through our website handmade to order and will ship within 3 weeks.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is in transit. 

Rox and Lily is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
